Return Policies

We test all our refurbished items prior to shipping out the orders. Nevertheless, if for whatever reason, the item that you received does not match the item description or has issues, please contact us and we will do our best to make the situation right by solving the problem with you. Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:

1.     The buyer must notify OneStopGadget on eBay of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item. Within 14 days, you may return your OneStopGadget purchase for a full refund excluding the shipping costs. Returns made after 14 days of the purchase date will be charged a Restocking fee of 20%.
