Return Policies

We test all of our refurbished items prior to shipping out the orders. Nevertheless, if for whatever reason, the item that you received does not match the item description or have issues, please contact us before you leave a negative feedback, and we will do our best to make the situation right by solving the problem with you. Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:
